Request account deletion

If you want to delete your SmartCarePlus account, we’ll guide you through a secure verification flow. This page only explains the process — deletion requests are started from your Settings.

How to request deletion

  1. Go to Settings > Account and click Request account deletion.
  2. You’ll be asked to re-verify your WhatsApp number. This confirms you own the account.
  3. After verification you must provide a short reason for deletion (free text).
  4. Once the request is submitted and verified, your account will be scheduled for deletion and will be permanently deleted within 7 days.

What to expect after you request deletion

  • • We will confirm the deletion request via WhatsApp after re-verification.
  • • During the 7-day window you can contact support to cancel the deletion if needed.
  • • After 7 days your account and associated data will be permanently removed from our systems.

Privacy & security

Verification via WhatsApp helps protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests. We do not perform deletions directly from this informational page — the Settings flow handles verification and submission.
