In most cases, your reception team completes the Aadhaar and OTP flow while the patient is present. An optional QR path can let patients start the process themselves.

Your receptionist stays in control.
The receptionist starts the patient record and Aadhaar flow, guides the patient through consent and OTP verification, then completes the booking from the same screen by selecting tests and adding the details the laboratory needs.
Identify the patient
The receptionist selects an existing patient or starts a new patient record from the booking screen.
Enter Aadhaar and give consent
The receptionist enters the Aadhaar and communication mobile details while the patient gives the required consent.
Verify with OTP
The patient provides the Aadhaar-linked OTP. For a new ABHA account, the supported flow also creates or selects an ABHA address.
Complete the booking
The receptionist selects tests, adds applicable payment or collection details, and presses Create Booking.
