DHIS encourages eligible digital health transactions. For a diagnostic laboratory, the relevant Category 1 record is the Diagnostic Report.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
The rules matter as much as the number.
A report is not automatically eligible just because it exists. The transaction, patient identity, facility, system, and claim must meet the applicable DHIS provisions.
KYC-verified ABHA
The record must be linked to a KYC-verified ABHA address.
More than 100 transactions
The facility must cross the monthly baseline for the applicable category.
ABDM-integrated system
The transaction must use a system integrated with the ABDM ecosystem.
Valid evidence
The applicable facility, workflow, API, and security conditions must be met.
